The bumpers fit tightly to the iPhone, you have easy access to connectivity will cough. The 30 pin charging plug easily into the slot. On other Bumpers this was not the case for a planned plug for the car radio that needed to rework the "bumper". The control buttons are plastic and are a little less pleasant to the touch than metal, but they are effective. The rubber parts do not get dirty too quickly, or at least easy to clean. For now all is well. The colors are as vivid as those of the iPhone 5C, it restores a youthful look to iPhone 4S 3 years.
