The sound is more exceptional than my previous headsets (Sony also) The ear-holding is much worse than the old systems. And not even bother without the hook, which is c ***** placing rapido during a call (as I prefer to keep the pendant when not in use). I'll probably remove the rings protruding. But my ears do may not be part of the 3 types selected ears when designing models. :-( Icing on the cake: the title is clearly noted "Charger": FALSE. It is in fact only a tiny USB cable to connect to your computer. But if it is too far from you or that you do not have one, well no charge headset.
