Ultimately, we then bought the MUM 56340, because here a wide range of accessories is that you have to pay relatively expensive later, when you might want to try something different.
Meanwhile, after a week we are convinced of the decision. We have therefore even a hack mixture and twice kneaded bread dough. The Bosch runs compared to other devices very quiet and is designed so that it can still be easily transported (we do not have to leave the space in the kitchen, the device continuously available on the work surface, like many others here describes). Although the housing unlike some other debris from Kenwood or KitchenAid is plastic and the machine is relatively light, I trust first that Bosch high delivers some good here.
One point I draw from that the kneading of bread dough always something of the dry flour remains on the bottom of the bowl and then must be first resolved with the scraper, so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Perhaps that too is but to my inexperience with the device and dissolves later on. The previous result is in any case perfectly. The used parts are very easy to clean - even in the dishwasher.
I will therefore later to perform an update of the review, if there is something new.
