Here are the strengths:
- Currently running and performant version of Android (4.2.2), which, among other things thanks to "Project Butter" finally properly smooth
- The built-in Intel Atom Z2560 dual-core chip with integrated PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU offers a very decent performance and is very energy efficient
- Good stereo sound from your speakers
- Very good times and fast loading (Come with a fully charged battery in approximately 10 hours surfing time)
- The back is a tacky feel and insensitive to fingerprints
- Relatively easy for a 10-inch tablet (under 600 grams)
- Has a memory card slot and offers generous 32GB internal memory
- Good IPS display with resolution 1920x1200er and homogeneous illumination, which provides a natural color reproduction and good viewing angles
(The colors remain absolutely stable, only the brightness can by tilting the device to)
- Really great value for money for what is offered!
Neutral:
- Brightness of the screen is for indoor absolutely OK - even at below 50% - but for outdoor on a summer day, it is good not really
(But fair to be mentioned here that this is also equally true for an iPad)
- The casing creaks slightly when it is keeping with both hands and tried to turn the pages against each other - but who does that !? ;)
- For my eyes and my personal feeling, Full HD is just good at 10 inches, it could be still resolved a ticking fine
- 5 MP camera is a nice touch, but (considered neutral, because I need no camera in a tablet) high not really use
Negatives:
- White is rather represented as light gray
(The color display can be regulated by Asus tool, but "real" white one gets not quite back)
- Display Glass reflects and dirty quickly - as with all touchscreen devices stop
- Not all "apps" are compatible and if gaming is at the center, you should maybe better take the LTE variant with Qualcomm SoC
I must here mention that graphic heavy games like Galaxy of Fire 2 (GoF2) run amazingly well but still!
UPDATE (Stand 15-08.2013):
--------------------------
- Since my purchase two system updates were rolled out by Asus, which are intended to improve the stability and performance again
(Update policy by Asus is therefore to praise so far)
- Benchmark Results:
* AnTuTu: 17675 (CPU: 6628 / GPU: 6703)
* Quadrant: 5912
* 3DMark: 5887
UPDATE (Stand 12-10.2013):
--------------------------
- Zwischenseitlich another 2 updates have been rolled out for the Memopad FHD by Asus, which are intended to improve the stability and performance again
(But I never had stability or performance problems ...).
=> On Tablet (mostly on the left edge of the display) bright spots are suddenly occurred which are highly visible in particular on light backgrounds.
I suspect a defect, which is related to the backlight. Therefore, the tablet went sadly back to Amazon ...

Conclusion:
For the price you get a very good midrange tablet commanded that can fully convince in everyday life and simply fun.
My skin is used in surfing and watching video streams via Watch-Ever.
And it works just fine - without annoying lags.
So far I had no crashes or other problems.
Possible alternatives were on my buy list nor the Sony Xperia Z tablet and the Nexus 10 degrees.
The Sony is smart, very light, thin and waterproof, but considerably more expensive and has a lower battery runtime.
At Nexus scores the higher resolution, but the design just does not say to me, there is no memory card slot.
