It is me finally managed to neutralize the touchpad. The evidence of Cyberport and the support of Asus were not helpful but rather counterproductive and it was also not a hardware failure and beautiful not to a driver problem.
Details:
The Touchpad is controlled at Asus usually by a software called Smart Gesture. The special feature is that the touchpad is fully active even without this control software, however, can not be shut down without a Smart Gesture.
In my case, Smart Gesture was indeed installed on the laptop, but does not start automatically at reboot.
I have registered using TuneUp Utilities Smart Gesture in the Startup list and the touch pad can be arbitrary since with + Fn F9 to enable or disable.
Since I purchased the laptop from new Cyberport, I wonder why the Startup list was dirty. Or, the device may have been already used, or reconfigured by the dealer, no idea!
In any case, if you have a problem with it, try first to verify the Startup list before installing any new drivers or send the part to repair, because you suspect hardware failure.
Now this unit is running just great and soon for 1.5 years. I find it even better than my top Qosmio: is more compact, just as well equipped and not blow constantly hot air on my right hand when I reach for the mouse.

If you are not affected, hold back, so others can be helped.

Allow me here to speak briefly, although I do not have this model, but its predecessor, also with I-7, Full HD, SSD, BluRay, etc. (as well as 2 Toshiba Satellite, Toshiba Qosmio 1 and 1 Medion).
In short, the device is class, but I can not write to use it because the touchpad that does what he wants and not what he is!
Normally it is activated or deactivated using Fn + F9, but that's not even with updates.
Thus, the cursor jumps involuntarily in small touches to another location and dirty word processing.
I'm not the only one who has problems with it.
I can neither Manager / Task Manager to identify the touch pad in the device in 20 years laptop experience for the 1st time and disable which is extremely unhappy
Therefore, I recommend every buyer this touchpad function yet to check very carefully and intensively during the return period.
