Bought Topfset 08/11/2013 - unclear complaint until 05.06.2014
After cooking (irrigation) water leaked under the handles of pots, I have the seller Mr. B * of
"Internet trading prices Smooth" on 11.28.13 written for the first time.
At 11:02:14 I have - after several emails with no or only minimal (no title, no whole, let alone meaningful sentences) responsive seller - the manufacturer Riess asked to take care of the problem.
The response from the company. Riess from 14:02:14 (see below) to the seller, this initiated without comment to me.
Then I contacted the seller again and the Fa. Riess (with photos of the pots with handles dismantled).
On the handle mounts the pots considerable rust damage were already present.
My Question:
"If I have to send in the pots
- Whereas
- Under which reference number
- If by Austria - which shipping and to which address
- And most importantly: what I cook?
Through the installation of an induction hob I have except the Topfset Grigio - which, as already mentioned, not quite sufficient -. No further pots "
. The company Riess thanked on 02/27/14 for photos and answered:
"Complaints must be handled via the retail outlet where you purchased the set. In the case you would have to send *, since the business relationship is between them, the complaint pots to Mr. B."
On 05 u. 10:03:14 I had the seller then remember again
... The meaningful answer:
"The FA Riess has promised compensation. LG"
At my request the expiration of the replacement:
"How to settlement?
You could save yourself some emails, you would answer the customer requests satisfactorily !!!
With its minimalist writing style you annoy your customers and causing unnecessary queries.
From an Authorized Dealer is expected as a customer a minimum level of professional customer service and appropriate manners. "
... The answer: "Excuse the brevity.
Riess has promised to provide compensation to you. LG B * "
As no shipping notification and no further information to come, I remember at 24.03. , 01.04. , 04:04. and 13:04:14.
What joy when I am 13:04. evening get an answer:
"Good morning Mr. B *,
Send unit for review, so that we can look at the problem at work.
Normally, no water should escape from the grips.
Respect. the lids; Here, the handle can be screwed and be wiped to remove the water.

I have written to the manufacturer, since the Amazon account of the seller no longer exists now, and it is questionable when and by whom will I receive replacement or my money.
Conclusion
Pots: very good cooking properties; very good, heavy gauge; very well and carefully enameled; However, the long term risk of injury
by not immediately visible manufacturing defects in the handle mounts
Customer: No
Total package: no buy recommendation
