The display glass is held at the display plate by adhesion. For me it did not work the first time, so you can carefully remove the disc again and correct again. I have all 3 attempts always started on the short side - then working at the 3rd test without a single bubble. Stefan, who has given only 2 stars, it should again carefully pull off and put on a little offset. Fine motor skills it can hammer out well - for the impatient, it is, unfortunately, nothing.
Problems with the folding in (display inside) I do not have on my 70D. Touch screen still works. There is no glue on the main glass - but by adhesion.
The LCD display above is attached with glue. There has to work the first time. Because of the curvature and the glue on the edge, it can in the middle to slight black coloring.
Unfortunately, only an English instructions deposited and in particular lacks a few tips and tricks to avoid air bubbles. The disc is made micrometer (!) - A small faulty shift leads to bubbles. Full marks I would have given if either Tips & Tricks to avoid the air bubbles had been included, or the disc would have cherished a little more tolerance. Deduction in the B-Note also because of the less than perfect LCD panel (which would have I also not but used).
Nevertheless, my expectations were fully met and I am happy with the product.
