Instead, the image of "Selfie" camera appeared mirrored and in "heat picture" look - so completely abstruse colors. Unfortunately could not find by Google, whether it be a software or hardware failure. Apparently no one else had the problem. A software update for the camera app does not exist. So I once loaded alternative camera apps from the Play Goals. Same problem. Therefore certainly a hardware failure. But yes does not matter. At Amazon you can indeed change easily.
The delivery time was, however, again indicated with 6-8 weeks. But my wife has no hurry. So conversion is initiated. Shortly after, another email from Amazon, but that after 3 days can deliver. Excellent!
However, the reason soon became clear when unpacking the replacement goods. This was louder fingerprints and the device was not completely reset to factory settings, but already selected English. So it was again welded Gebrauchtware that someone had returned (also evident that the wrapping has no ACER sticker had). Well, so I could still be alive if necessary. However, the reason for the return was obvious: The display had several bright spots of light on the edges. So I would have also returned. And since I had the part available now, I have done that too. The camera worked the way this time without any problems. Therefore, the first mistake was so exceptional and not a rule.
Test No 3:. Another Exchange. Unfortunately, Amazon did not this time change, but offered only the withdrawal with refund of the purchase price (probably because the delivery time was again given as 6-8 weeks). I've got it then nevertheless simply again reappointed - and came back shortly after a mail that is delivered after 3 days. Uh-oh ... there will surely not return skillful B-goods come?
Eingeschweißt it was again. The ACER sticker that had my 1st delivery, but missed again. So I'm assuming that this is again to second-hand goods. But well, Amazon can the returned products also do not offer any price reduction in the Warehouse Deals. Things do not equal what is defective. So unpacked and first looked to see whether it has flaws. A small fingerprint had also returned to the screen - was, however, not comparable to delivery 2. Nevertheless definitely ever unpacked.
Error time there was however apparently not. Although the display has a somewhat brighter spot on the lower left of the screen, but I can live with it. I have no desire, now 3x convert (goofy is that the first delivery had not - would be here the camera was okay, I would have received a total of a better product).

The tablet itself is OK. The processing is just "cheap" plastic. That's what I have to get used to yet, because my phones were all made of metal (aluminum) and so far I had no "plastic bomber". The casing creaks easily when there is something "overcome." The white back I would have rather have had in black or anthracite - but there's not ...
Technically it makes a good impression so far. Android is just pretty good.
Soooooo much I however not yet been tested.
Price / performance is OK.
My wife wants to surf the net or even mainly a look at some photos. But it is certainly easy enough ... It was also important to us that it takes SD cards (albeit only Micro-SD), so that we can look at photos from the camera directly to the tablet.
There are countless apps installed, we do not need and which we do not know the majority of times, what they do ... but that can indeed find out about the play goals and then, if necessary, uninstall (will happen in 80% of cases probably ).
Point deduction's for the light spots at the display. The hardware failure of delivery 1 was yes (certainly) only one exception. Can happen. Even if it's annoying that you will always have the running around and above all just also delays in the possible use. The latter was with us now but not really a problem.
