... I've created a Meike FC100 with ungefair half as many LEDs (but 4x AA) as much light, I tested the two ring flashes with fresh batteries side by side. I can explain not, but I expect the SS-C60L with almost twice the number of LEDs with higher light yield.
What I really find it very good, the possibility of mounting the ring on the front panel, so you can use it also in the position of a normal flash or just grab only time aside if it disturbs the front of the lens.
