Behemoth operate in many parts of different instruments and often vary in tempo. Thus, the plate loses ultimately over the entire term not change the voltage that is already built up with the curious opener Blow your Trumpets Gabriel.
Clear expire Dark Heimer (as in eg exhibition Noire) temporarily return to their skilful Death Metal frenzy, but this time the playful extreme pieces work better than on previous releases because they are not simply lined up here only to each other, but between the more variable and more translated to atmospheric tracks set clear accents.
Of particular note is the powerful dynamic sound, the sterile sounds far less than the immediately previous publications and well substantiated as the organic foundation the overall concept of the plate.
Because this album is aimed, in fact, from it, (let's call it) spiritually sound. This is very clear in many songs, but especially in O Father, O Satan, O Sun. In general, the concept works well, but acts locally to boldly Satanic. This impression is reflected especially in the texts again and would force the album to the aüßeren edge of authenticity when it considered as a whole would not sound so harmonious.
Apart from the disc, however, is quite successful and convinces with varied, atmospherically dense and musical virtuosity played songs in a powerful sound robe.
