Attention! Dimensional information is wrong

Have ordered my shirt in M. It fits really only at the waist (my waist circumference: 85cm). The sleeves are too tight (my arm circumference, bent: 34cm). The shoulders are too narrow cut (my shoulder width: 44cm). On the chest the shirt is unfortunately too tight, as the substance is inelastic (my chest: 101cm).
So I have the shirt returned - at their own expense, because the seller's return costs not responsible - and ordered my shirt in size L. Get I did it but in XL with a note-list by the shirt that his size is one size smaller than the EU-sizes. So the shirt a number was too large during the fitting, and was sent back to me a second time.
If the seller already knows that the shirt too small fails, I would expect him reinschreibt on offer that you would be ordered one size larger than usual, and not simply sent a note-list one size larger.
Because twice Rücksendekosten à 4.60 I order it here no third time.
