The problem for me as an Austrian, is that the ordered at Amazon cards are NOT accepted in AUT Store. At first I thought I had somehow entered the code wrong (the font is large and legible), but it turns out the following: although Germany and Austria the same store have (done the same updates at exactly the same time), was my code even after repeated complete re-entry is not accepted.
If you are Austrian citizen and such a card have acquired here, you do not need the same but just send it back or tear or something. In the case you have to open up just a new (second) PSN account and thereby insert the appropriate entries for Germany. It does not matter which e-mail address, what place and what road it indicates you need specify no house number, only the zip code must match and that is so easy to find on the Internet. I for example. Waltherstraße in Munich taken ZIP I do not remember. Has worked without problems.
I have written in the comments of one of my pre-reviewers about a week ago something to the contrary, this has, however, not true in my Übereiligkeit. I had then adopted after the PS Store is the same for both countries that the billing for both will be handled together - but this is not obviously the case. Sorry for any confusion ;-) I think it is indeed strange that Sony has introduced an extra two different regions here, although the store is the same seems to be, but please. I'll get the cards precisely from now in my local mall.

Again, the short version: German customers can access absolutely carefree, Austrian, I would rather advise to local alternatives when buying, unless you have anyway an additional German PSN account (for whatever reason).
