This problem I had massive and wanted to exchange the glasses and have quite a few settings tried to switch !!! (In vain)
the solution was at the end easier than I thought ... since my TV is mounted on the wall (wall mount was already fitted with old 40 "TV, as central eye level when standing)
I just had to get up and look directly into the TV set !! previously I had always sitting overlooking tested somewhat upward here I had quite a few unplayable overlaps the image !! now have the TV device slightly tilted down (here has been just installed), and now Dual Play (work unfortunately remains for me due to the apartment size to be mounted as the TV in an elevated position no choice .... maybe it will help a others also desperately looking for the error why Dual Play constantly shows overlaps: D
4 stars only because the technology and the idea of course is awesome nonetheless aufrund the fact that you have daily so right there 1 point deduction!
have the LG TV 47LM660S
