Those who had fallen on the "Play" & "18" album, was at least once an audition placed very close. (Title 1 "Everything That Rises" & Title 10 - "Tell Me" show pretty quickly what I mean ...)
All in all, it probably will not reach the success of "Play" or "18" but in my opinion it is even better than "Hotel" and definitely last a Moby album that despite its many guest artists to "Moby "sounds ...
That's why it also gets 5 stars!
(Druchhören by 2x, a small description of the title)
Everything That Rises
reminiscent of "Porcelain" ("Extreme Ways" -Instrumental-)
and invites the fortuitous in a known Moby-style,
go along on a journey in his dreams and just unverwecheselbaren sounds ...
(Is probably one of my favorite tracks)
A Case of Shame
Initially held a little soul-heavy, this title suggests quickly deal with piano and an incredible voice (Cold Specks) and abducted in Moby familiar sounds.
(Goes towards "Why does my heart feels so bad")
Almost Home
Immediately brings to mind Neil Young, for He has brought for this item Damien Jurado in support. (A great title, goes towards "Natural Blues")
Going Wrong
Very melancholic title which indulged in dreams pulls & ears with typical Moby sound. Whoever albums, has by his side project "Voodoo Child", will come fully on their costs in this song.
The Perfect Life
Accompanied by Wayne Coyne, this song a hit definitely has to be opportunities to it. Reminds very much on "Play Title", necessarily check it out. (Goes towards "18")
The Last Day
A song that quickly draws in dreams & the handset to the wonderfully blended sounds binds. Skylar Grey underlines this item with a very bright and beautiful voice perfectly.
Quite great title. (If something in the direction of "My Beautiful Blue Sky")
Do not Love Me
Together with Inyang Bassey comes again a title for the dance floor. Do not go in the direction of something "Honey" but with quite so much power ...
A Long Time
Took me a little reminiscent of "Flower" (from Play-The B Sides) equal to the intro. A title with Beat and denoch very "dream" heavy held ...
Absolute hit potential!
Saints
This title now comes something Tempo Ins album, not as fast as "Body Rock" but goes by the beat's and great sound, in this direction.
Tell me
From Cold Specks, with her unique voice, accompanied gets this title a certain Soul-Touch. Absolutely recommendable "clean-hearing entitled" to be perhaps a little to ease the buying decision;)
The Lonely Night
The deep voice of Mark Lanegan accompanied this song. Reminiscent at times something of Johnny Cash (but not quite as deep). An ambient track that invites you to dream.
The Dogs
A beautiful outro title, but can not compete with many titles of this album in my opinion. (Goes about in direction "Spiders")
ROTT
Moby has several songs contributed as "soundtracks"
to name just 3 times to
"Flower" (Play -The B-Sides- / Gone in 60 Seconds ...)
"James Bond Theme" (for a Bond movie in the '90s)
"Extreme Way's" (in 4 versions, for the Bourne movies / original of the "18"
the first Bourne movie, otherwise at any other part of new "Moby" mixed)
