I want to write something here mainly for sound, since you're such a system back home gets to also experience a "theater sound", even if one has to be clear to be able to expect any wobbly walls for 350. A film lives much of the sound, whether action, drama or sci!
When unpacking, I was still amazed at some things:
-About the "Receiver" is larger than expected because of the normal Samsung Bluray player only about 1/3 the size has. - The weight of the speaker (off) and the subwoofer, the housing Press Spahn's really got very thin. - The extremely thin speaker cables with their special Steckerchen for the receiver.
Well I thought, has only just time to say nothing, and besides, it looks really very chic with its high-gloss black; what is actually a dust magnet! a few times drübergewischt remain fine "scratches" on the surface!)
Connecting was not a problem. Power cable, speaker cable and HDMI cable (not supplied) in and done!
However, the first sound check was sobering and confirmed my fear if the light speakers.
After that first time checked all the settings and configure. In addition, more treble and bass (subwoofer) set the equalizer ... However, not much has subsequently improved at the sound quality.
I have to say I had before a now 10J old system from Aldi had what then cost 180, so anything but a professional system, but the sound is / was worlds better. Was much more transparent with good heights and a subwoofer bass of his name and equitable; the SamsungSub is at best a better bass speakers but no subwoofer. I can not understand how one reviewer wrote here that has been transformed by this bass his couch in a massage chair for the life !! Here absolute lack of depth and the pressure, and I also want a movie not see / hear necessarily always at full volume !! ; O)
To sum up the sound described as unemotional from my perspective and see only as a "better" alternative to the Fersehlautsprechern, but it was not the reason to buy. The sound is washed out, the sub is too midrange-heavy, voices seem dull and effects such as glass zerspringendes go almost under! For a thrilling "home theater / sound experience" it is not enough here anyway, unfortunately! : O (

To improve the lack of heights I have borrowed from the neighbors now the little devil Center + SR boxes ... It is what brought but not much. Thus, it is not alone at the tweeter loose Minibreitbandlautsprecherchern, but above all on the receiver. In the Samsung CenterLS incidentally is only one (1!) Small full-range speaker installed. Who thought a tweeter or two speakers here will be disappointed. The size is a fake and has probably only purely visual reasons! If the "problem" with the tabs bass ...
I'm still torn the part again to send back because the rest is not yet in top order. If I have to pay for the price of regülären 350, it would have been the next day on the way back. For 210 it already looks different again. More, it is my view but not worth it!
For me therefore it means saving on what decent or maybe someone here so cheap tip for an alternative investment (up to 300) are not only good image but also a good tone delivers ?!
