At first it did not work on my tablet on Windows 7 HP Stream.
After a little welding I could recharge my tablet + OTG using the method "load".

By default against the tablet does not mark it is charging, and it must actually disable the driver "Microsoft AC Adapter" (in Device Manager / Drums) and there is good :)!

By cons it does not work with my tablet Asus MemoPad 7 Android.
