This book is packed with love for all babies. Simple and practical advice applicable from the first nights of baby. By following the advice given, my baby (then aged 3 weeks) who fought like crazy against sleep has managed to take naps during the day and not wake up at night to eat more than (2 times then 1 once per night then at all to 5 weeks). I really recommend this book to all parents who love their baby and want desperately guide with empathy and gentleness in the way of sleep.
