From great recipes easy to prepare. There's something for everyone and that changes of other cookbooks BBQ. I like the pages preparation step. I'm hopeless in the kitchen and everything is explained (temperature, type of cooking, preparation time, etc ...). A real bible! Of course the recipes are adapted to the Weber grill marks but I think they can be used for all types of barbecue. The only regret, the picture is not good (which misled me): I wanted a hard cover (title on a black background as shown on the site) and I received the book with title background silver (softcover). When using this type of book many outdoors it must be solid.
