Awesome Device + kickass Packaging

I've had my helix 3G for a few months now and I am really happy and impressed with its performance.
Generally I just use the device for browsing, social media and some games and the size and format of the screen is really brilliant for the tasks I perform.
The device fits snugly in my hands and the rubber-esque texture of the housing is a wonderful grip, does Not Easily slip out of my hands- Which gives me security When on the go, indeed it will not slip out of my hands.

So, I am notorious for forgetting to charge my devices, Which is great did the battery life is so long, Generally can go a whole day (with heavy usage) without charging. Its better then my smartphone charge!

Another thing to mention, is the packaging the device came I was really impressed with all the little details Cat put into Their packaging, Compared to the Big Box Brands With Their boring packaging design, the Helix knocks the competition out of the water in..
Definitely one of the best product packages I've received. Will reuse / repurpose the packaging in my home :-)

As a non-German speaker I was a bit nervous to contact them Directly but i was pleasantly surprised the service team spoke fluent English and helped me with all my questions rather quickly.

All in all, had and continuing to have a really positive experience
