2 Device 2 Software error

I have ordered the unit to me recently and as always with Amazon I had it the next day already at my house.
Since I wanted to in the holidays I took the device, including packaging with the car and have it attached to the disc.
The bracket is very stable and even fall when driving on bumpy roads not used.The operation is very simple and also the satellites are found very quickly.
The TMC traffic reports and the corresponding alternative route to bypass the traffic jams convinced me.

Now for the problems:

After switching appeared in the top center of the screen the following message:

FAE

I thought nothing of it because otherwise everything worked, but after the second day I was able to use options panel only sporadically, ie: times it did not work and times.
That was bad in as long as I could no longer access the TMC traffic reports and somoit round no more storage, because I had asked the Alternative Route at TMC to manual and not automatic.

Then I thought ... well, who you're back from vacation then you update the software via NAVIGON Fresh, and then that will go again.
But could when I had connected the device to the PC Navigon Fresh this do not realize there was always the message: Invalid device definition

So I could update neither the software nor the cards.
After a call with Navigon I was told that it is likely to be a software problem, I should send the device and they look then times.

But since I need the Navi every day took me too long and I called Amazon.
Thanks to the great service a replacement unit was sent to me immediately and I was able to send back the old.
A day later I had the new device already and I was very glad that everything went so well.
So quickly unpacked and turned on and lo and behold: FAE reappeared.
Connected to the PC and again the same problem with NAVIGON Fresh, neither update nor device discovery functioned.
It will therefore probably be a serial fault in the software what the support of Amazon, incidentally, also said.
Well, now I'm sending even this device back and let refund me my money and get me thereof a Navigon 4310max and hope that then everything will be fine.
