Software error in the current devices?

The numerous positive reviews have made me to buy this screen. Was of the view in PC mode and also in the DVB-T mode and I'm very impressed. However, the following error was revealed: Every morning the unit to automatically turned on, no matter what mode and were whether connected devices on or off. Timer and automatic online update was made.

In passing it should be noted that the customer of Samsung no record of the present on this device new menu had and not on the new remote control.

The device was exchanged without difficulty after a waiting period of 2 weeks. - Same error. Reported error, equipment has been replaced. Now to a visually similar device, but built in 05/2008 and with another menu. Unfortunately, no matching remote control. This device, however, when compared to its predecessors is an absolutely lousy TV reception. Only one third of the available programs is found, it can not be looked at the half.

Apparently the new menu has not been tested through its paces and the service was not informed of new software and hardware.

I was annoyed's, so I the screen back and end my aussuche another device on Amazon.

Lookup from 18.05.2009: My father ordered the same screen. Again, in the equipment delivered a menu errors. There is no DTV.
