TV Top, Smart Hub with room for improvement, annoying software errors

With the features of this Samsung TVs as TV I am very satisfied and would also recommend the device. The picture is sensational. Inputs are abundant. The switching of programs is very fast for a digital receiver.

After a few firmware updates suddenly we noticed an annoying software errors: Some channels offer so to the so-called audio description (AD), with a voiceover to the image shown is reading additional explanations; for viewers with impaired vision or blind definitely a useful feature. Unfortunately now the Audio Language sets the TV every time you turn back to "German (AD)" back, so that there is always the (for us) nonsensical additional narration moves along, which is really annoying. Unfortunately, the TV does not store when you turn off the AD menu. Even if one merely switches the TV program, the audio description always comes back, almost as if this is a non-modifiable default for all programs. My contact with the Samsung Support provided no useful assistance ("Perform a firmware update")., Because even with the firmware of 12 January 2015, the problem is still present
