The Fitbit is really great. I love her so much. It counts your steps and this is a source of great motivation. It appears that those with a device to count them not have a 50% more chance to reach their goal. According to WHO it is good for the health to do 10,000 steps a day. What is nice is that you can make a competition with your friends through the web application or smartphone. I recommend this small tool that is far from a gimmick! Have fun :-)
