The pieces presented here are all based on Bach works. The interpretation follows a fairly standard pattern first intones the trio for a while the original, then the music goes into an improvised part about but harmonically and melodically is based on the original. The weakness of the approach is for me the fact that the result of sitting a little on the fence. For the lovers of classical music and the depth of the original Subtiliät missing, for the Jazz friend acts the result of something smooth and predictable.
The instruments are recorded relatively straightforward and it is offered a stereo-wide sound, which it only lacks a bit of depth. For the age of the recording a total of good sound quality with a neutral tonality.
