Received on time, consistent with the description ...
Holds well on the wheel of a 16-inch bike for a child ....

But does not reflect anything at all ... the orange and ugly stuff is more design, it's to say ...
I tried penumbra with light or direct sunlight, you have to be really focused on it to see that they are.
Walking can be better with car headlights, not tried.

Conclusion: for me is not so Reflective disappointed, and I do not recommend.

I ordered colors (if they arrive a day !!) I still hope they do a little better effects ...
