Bad conscience when eating ...

I mix a little less milk than stated and added wealth - depending on hunger - with water, so that the shake is creamy yet ... Conclusion: wooooow - tastes good the "nut" sooo so good that I almost even a guilty conscience have when drinking: D I think tastes like Nutella and walnut ice mixed: D amazing. Looking forward every day to the evening, because I drink during the week always after exercise and before bedtime)

Decreasing success remains to be seen ... Shall I tell ...

- Packaging: moderate. You have a little dig in there and the big thing shake to get to the bucket. But is not a problem ... :)

Have often taken after weight training to me (the stated amount of water and a dash of milk ...)
The good news: The feeling of hunger was gone - even the next morning (which me breakfast is actually already important ....: /)
The bad thing ... constipation :-P Digestion played well at all .... net with over 3 days ... Whew .... This then is just very questionable ^^ So if it can be done so you - Let times the whey off: S
Have already read when the body gets used to it and it is then deducted that it clogs ....
