It becomes difficult to find good paper blotter. Times change, the quality diminishes as that of this paper. It is really too late, spreads ink that absorbs more correctly. Also, the stumps of graphite mines or colors are laborious and inconclusive results. The blot slides does it traction.
Clairefontaine is however one of the best references in papermaking. It is surprising that it has skimped on the quality of the blotting paper. J. Herbin proposes better, with a weight of 135, although more appropriate. And this, for a correct value in a small stationer.
