During my rehab cure a Ballkissen (another type) was used for the therapy treatment, closer to its meaning. Such a pillow was unknown to date and I have come to appreciate it as a tool to treat my back pain. For daily working longer on the PC it fulfills for me in any case its purpose, I realize that the back is yet to be ratified. For long television evenings but I personally find it not so prikelnd as comfortable "lounging" is not possible. Previously knew only Ballkissen with a semicircular shape and knobs. The product now is selling a flat and smooth, has a reasonable price. In addition to the product instructions for other uses is included in the interest of building muscle. My experience with this ball cushion was that my 3 days of back had hurt more than before - as a kind of aching muscles - but since I can stand for hours on the PC almost symptom-free from the chair. For this reason alone the ball cushion has proven itself for me. But this can be different for each individual. I could and would definitely recommend the Ballkissen to try out a friend to people who have to sit a lot professionally. Also, I would for the ball cushion size 36 prefer and recommend, as the seat is comfortable. As a shortcoming I feel that from the accompanying documentation is nowhere seen whether, when and how to inflate the ball cushion and when required, which pump you should use it. The product could thus gain even more.
