A very excellent product, much, much better than the usual goods to the, well, you know, dark gray "non-stick coating from the space research", thus health and environment far ahead. The ceramic coating is virtually indestructible, the pan can be put to subsequent cooking smoothly at the highest temperature level in the oven, the roasting result: finally crunchy, crispy vegetables and perfect "grilled" meat. Was recommended by a chef recommended --- and rightly so. Thank you!
