Excellent product but requires fixing a cleat on the door jamb. Without fixing lugs or a bracket on the bar-keeping system is inefficient and it slips and can not be blocked. The bar arises and settles in 3 seconds or less and allows for many different exercises. In short buy quite match my expectations.
