Basically, the cutter is high-quality, but requires a lot of tact to solve heal molds from the cutter! I have thus processed marzipan. To simplify it, I have the Marzipan rolled about 4 mm thick and then sidelined about half an hour. If you then again the cutter emerged between the painting with the piercing edge in powdered sugar and gently press the dough with the smooth side of a wooden stick from the mold, there are great results!
