After reading the Da Vinci Code passionately I was delighted by reading Angels and Demons. Knowing Rome well enough, the book allowed me repromener me intellectually and better understand some things I had seen but not sufficiently understood. To be honest I would say 90% of the book have delighted me and 10% disappointed, especially the end. By cons, which had already drawn up with the Da Vinci Code and much more with Angels and Demons, is the place of the church, especially the Catholic Church in our society. I'm not Catholic, but Protestant, and admits to being increasingly attracted by the Catholic Church for what it represents and its symbols, thanks to this book. I strongly think Dan Brown is not a lambda writer and he has some control symbols. What he writes in the two books mentioned suggests to me is "initiated".
