Yes, what can you say to a barbell everything ... It is supplied in a round box, which is very compact and not unnecessarily require much packaging. Also it is very stable (surprise) and grippy. We have a narrow bench and there it goes very well on it, but I think it fits well on a wide bench. Our maximum load of the bar was so far pretty much 100kg and was loosely (deadlift). The price is also great for a quality and price as quality rod. Strong buy recommendation, but here again the remark: Those looking for absolute professional device should be a little deeper into their pockets grab (Olympic bars, 50mm diameter, etc ...)
