precise release plate that fits exactly on my Sirui system (Arca-Swiss compatible). I use the terminal because of the fly weight on my Carbon monopod instead of my Sirui K-20X. So I did while hiking a considerable reduction in weight. The plate fits nicely as always it under my Panasonic G, which I have also risen as a second camera for Nikon D300s because of low weight
