The delivery was prompt on Amazon. In the packet was an illustrated, good guidance, including tools that allow a reasonably skillful man can solve the old glass well. For this 4 to 5 star. After I had the old glass away and made the display clean it came the tape. Again, everything was okay. Then I set the glass on it and pressed as described in the instructions.
