Unfortunately, these batteries are not suitable for steamer. The size is not 18650 but rather 18654 so that it barely fits in each battery battery carrier (cap can not be closed). However, the biggest disadvantage of these batteries is the impossible patronage. After about 3 seconds, press the fire button switches off the battery! A reasonable vapors is not possible. Therefore I can not give details about the performance. These batteries are landed after a day in the hazardous waste!
