Positive:
+ Comprehensive tool (more than you need for battery replacement)
+ Instruction in German
+ Fast delivery

Negatives:
- Battery is not new! (According iBackupBot already around 150 charge cycles old!)
- Maximum capacity therefore only around 1230 mAh instead 1420 mAh advertised
- Bad pictures in the instructions (-> each () video on Youtube to be better)

Conclusion:
Ok for the price, but the product / the battery does not himself quite what is a promise
