I'm apparently not alone, but despite a very nice product that loads very well my iPhone 5, the battery can not possibly be charged. I'm trying everything, loading on my computer, mains nothing works. The battery indicates the load but remains frozen on 4 bars. Thank you to contact me, urgent, I needed this Friday for a long trip and I am very disappointed.
