Battery valid but poorly molded shell

I received the battery that runs longer than the original. Only the rear seat does not really engages the Galaxy Note 2. Result, I have the battery slightly and remove my smartphone keeps restarting. It's very annoying. When you have the phone in hand, one has the feeling that the hull and the battery will break up.

The seller sent me a new hull but exactly the same problem. The hull is too rigid. I even thought it was my galaxy note 2 was deformed. After comparing on a table, it is indeed of the shell that is slightly curved. In trying to flatten it, I split. Very disappointed when it was enough to keep the same flexibility as the original.
