I own the Pio now since about 1.5 years .......
First the positive ...... the player having an excellent workmanship, with its brushed aluminum front, his gold-plated connectors and the aluminum feet ...... furthermore it has no fan, and carries out his work by almost silently .. ..... is inaudible operation from 1.5m in the film.
The Blu-ray playback can be described as excellent ..... he produces a very sharp, vivid and very steady image on my TV (really a hammer image :-)).
The sound is also top class and is therefore used as a CD player.
The player recognizes without problems hard drives that are formatted with NTFS and plays also some from of formats.
Its display is dimmed and even suppressible (for a home theater is not uninteresting).
Now for some negative points ...... he responds to commands relatively sluggish, the remote control is the price range also not appropriate and Wi-Fi is only available as an option.
What he unfortunately can not at all and that's why, unfortunately, has to be replaced, the DVD playback ..... he scaled still pleasing high, unfortunately, with a crucial mistake,
He produced here at the edges a clearly perceive color fringing which is often shades at the transitions of skin to blue to detect.
