As far as I Understand this product Has No optical zoom feature as this year Relying on ActiveX. (Software zoom then) Due to the previous focus zoom feature is only available with Internet Explorer. When Trying to use the camera with Chrome, web browsers or mobile app --other zoom is unavailable. Last but not least, When unboxing the camera have a look at the wires around the camera lens. Mine comes with IR night led wire not plugged. Have to open it to plug it back. Hope this how Will Be Useful. Product is good enough for the price.
