This card can be blocked by bios that integrates device whitelist (eg HP ProBook 4330s can not enable or change the bios is anything ...). If you have a laptop hp Sony or another brand that uses device whitelist in their bios, turn right. I installed it on a acer aspire and there can not operate Bluetooth, this laptop is old but apparently a lot of people it concerns. Otherwise the wifi is very powerful.
