Ordered for my speaker cables (2x2,5qmm) these sleeves. After opening the package I saw with normal Augemaß that do not fit in life and so it was! After doing some research in hi-fi forums I came JMD on a thread, in which. Had the same problem. Because the designated 2,5qmm cross section, the inside diameter of the crimp members is unfortunately only about 2.1mm. In 4qmm sleeves, the inner diameter is 2.8mm.
Before I start the copper cores cut to make it fit, I'm trying to convert the sleeves and the next largest, so 4qmm to order. I hope that will fit the sleeves after crimping in my Teufel speaker terminals (they are advertised only with 2.5mm diameter), because otherwise I would say - for a ton and no purchase recommendation!
