Maybe it's just my unit, because the remaining reviews turn out overwhelmingly positive. My unit had from the beginning a very short battery life (under an hour). You can use the device during charging, resulting in a very unpleasant squeaking sound with it. Now the battery is no longer so constant squeak. In addition, the volume output is very weak. The device reduces the volume to 1/3. Better to have to invest right!
