What an idiot size !!! I had no idea that I ordered this book in a format which literally kills the pleasure of reading a book, however good it may be. Tiny, horizontally rather than vertically, what weird idea ... I gave up after reading a few pages, I will one of these days I get it back into a "normal" size.
