Beam power well ... Processing partly bad!

I've had the gun only 1 times in use and had several shortcomings.
Some manufacturing it seems to me, as if their own products are not tested.
Normally you could say, "For the price ..." but the basic function as such should already can provide.

The withdrawal of the blast gun is completely unusable. See Illustrations.
The valve pin is not affected by the withdrawal and just jammed only.

The supplied hose is very soft and bent and torn at first use 2 times directly on the gun. Since I have 3 weeks only 20 cm left when this goes on.

The only reason for the 2nd star is the good beam power of the gun and the nozzle supplied.
A compressed air supply was also not present and must be purchased separately.
