For image quality: I use this screen definitely just as home office monitor because a 15.4 "notebook screen to work is simply uncomfortable if you are a 24er Eizo office As such, the T220 does its job quite well so far. incredible color fidelity and image reproduction I had not expected. If used only for Use layouts, precise color corrections, eg in Photoshop you should here not make more. Brightness and color gain should be adjusted before use definitely. Hardware calibration is indeed not possible, with a but little experience to get on a quite useful result. For the classic office applications but highly recommended, for mails, text and normal accounting connect more than adequate. Definitely necessarily via DVI, is just a tad better than VGA.
Conclusion: for your money you get a quite decent screen in a very elegant and beautiful packaging. Did the thing now since about 1 month and am now completely satisfied.
