An avid FRO this comment on a 1990 music is a humble tribute to one of the most significant composers of the genre. Among the impressive number of scores written by John Barry, many have been engraved. They are still available in whole or in compilation, which shows the importance of his contribution. This raises also the question as to remember that I had to write these lines.

John Barry becomes painter depicting life as the daily in the "hunt bison" (The Buffalo Hunt). The orchestration is varied and sublime. As I often write, this music is an autonomous symphonic suite although see the movie is an essential step.
