Ordered for my daughter's room this snowman. Unfortunately, the first snowman had a defect, but the nice and helpful staff took care promptly to my complaint. Replacement Snowman is perfect and an ideal winter decoration. A tip: For the pumping manually schedule some time (and other helpers) ;-)
