In Smash up the German version is at least cheaper than the American (or British), but if you keep the package only once in his hands, you know why.
The US version is located in a beautiful, large box that even has space for extensions and for each faction has its own classification. What we get in Germany? A sad, small Kartönchen (see customer images).
It contains only three welded-card deck and a guide. That's it. The box would loose 10x fit into the box of the US version, so puny the whole has failed. The US cards are also printed in the rest of borderless and see far more beautiful.
Some will say: It's just the packaging, on the line is what counts.
Sorry, but I have little desire, all extensions individually rumzutragen with me, much more than the included maps do not you get in the small Kartönchen namely pure. Moreover, it is impossible to keep separate the cards, they just fly around loose in a box, so you only can again sort by fractions before each game. How much more would have cost a larger package with plastic separators? A Euro?
Sorry, but I'm going to grab more for imports. Did the German version, to make it have the children easier to get into the game, but as a garage can reserve Pegasus.
